Clarke names 28-man provisional squad for Euro 2024
Head coach reveals squad ahead of upcoming qualifiers
Scotland head coach Steve Clarke has named a 28-man provisional squad for Euro 2024, with the team set to begin their qualifying campaign next month.
The squad includes a number of new faces, as well as some experienced players who have been part of the team for many years.
Clarke said: "I am delighted to name this squad for our upcoming qualifiers. We have a good mix of experience and youth, and I am confident that we can qualify for the tournament."
Scotland will begin their qualifying campaign on March 24th, when they travel to Spain to face the reigning European champions.
They will then host Cyprus on March 27th, before traveling to Georgia on June 16th.
Scotland will finish their qualifying campaign with a home match against Spain on November 17th.
The top two teams in each qualifying group will qualify for the tournament, which will be held in Germany in 2024.
